Luke Clement
Born and raised in North Georgia & Metro Atlanta, Luke founded Prime Roofing & Remodeling after a decade on rooftops across the region. He started swinging a hammer on his dad's remodel jobs as a teenager, ran crews for two of the area's largest roofing companies, and built Prime Source Solutions Unlimited LLC to do what the big guys wouldn't — show up on time, price honestly, and stand behind every shingle. He still inspects roofs personally and answers the office phone more often than he'd like to admit.
Emily Trahan
Emily keeps the entire office running — scheduling inspections, coordinating crews, and making sure no homeowner ever waits more than a business day for a reply. She joined Prime after eight years coordinating operations for a regional construction firm, and she's the friendly voice you'll hear when you call. If a job's paperwork, permit, or warranty registration needs chasing, Emily is already on it before you have to ask.
James Brown
James runs the crews in the field. Twenty-plus years on roofs means he's seen every failure mode a Georgia storm can throw at a house — wind-lifted shingles, hail bruising, rotten decking, the works. He walks every job before the crew starts, sets the install plan, and doesn't leave the site until the magnet sweep is done and your driveway is cleaner than he found it.
Jason Hill
Jason is the first face you'll see on your roof. He handles free inspections across North Georgia, documenting condition with photos and walking homeowners through what he finds in plain English — no scare tactics, no upsell games. A former insurance adjuster, he knows exactly what storm damage looks like and what your carrier needs to see to pay the claim.
Collin Swindell
Collin covers the Metro Atlanta side of our service area. He specializes in sitting down with homeowners after a storm and translating the insurance paperwork into something that actually makes sense.
